The cast iron test plate has good plane stability and toughness. The test plate surface is equipped with T-slots and bolt holes, which can be used to fix experimental equipment.

Cast iron test plate accuracy: executed according to national standard metrological verification regulations, processed to grade 2, grade 3, or fine planing based on customer requirements.
Test plate surface treatment: T-slots are machined on the working surface, and bolt holes can also be included. The surface is manually scraped to ensure flatness accuracy. Non-machined surfaces have molding sand removed and are coated with anti-rust paint.
Test plate material: high-quality high-strength gray cast iron HT250-300, working surface hardness is HB200-240, undergoes two artificial annealing processes at 600-700 degrees to completely relieve internal stress. This product has stable accuracy and good wear resistance.
